Lamborghini is an Italian car manufacturer known for their amazing sports cars that are both good looking and quite fast. One of the newer cars from their line up – the Avenatador has become quite popular. This model was first introduced in 2011 as a successor of the successful Lamborghini Murcielago and just like its predecessor 2016 Aventador, there will be only 4,000 units of Aventador. So far, the Italian manufacturer has sold around 3,600 and they are preparing to unveil the last version of this model – the 2017 Lamborghini Aventador. The last Aventador should not bring any radical changes, but it will get some minor updates.
2017 Lamborghini Aventador Exterior
There were many special editions and different versions of the Aventador since it was first introduced, but none of them were significantly different than the original. The model marked as SV (it is short for Super Veloce, which means “super fast), was offered with bigger rear wing, slightly altered front bumper and a bigger rear diffuser, but everything else was the same. On the front of the car, there is no big front grille, since there is no need for it because engine is in the back, however, there are those air vents that have become like a trademark of Lamborghini.
The headlights are angular and small, especially when you take in account the size of the Aventador. The back of the car features the iconic LED taillights, big rear diffuser and a large exhaust tip – located in the center of the back. The new 2017 Lamborghini Aventador will most probably be offered in a special color with newly designed wheels, since the Italian manufacturer likes to mark the models that end the production.
Lamborghini Aventador 2017 Interior
Every special edition of Aventador comes with custom branding on the interior, however, since it is not known whether the Italian manufacturer is going to differentiate the last 400 units of 2017 Lamborghini Aventador, we don’t know is the interior going to be changed.
However, the reports suggest that the new Aventador is going to have update software of the infotainment system along with more features that will be offered as standard, which will most probably raise the price of the base version. Rest of the interior will remain the same – the Lamborghini Aventador 2017 will also have that large red button for start/stop and that leather steering wheel with metallic accents.
2017 Lambo Aventador Engine
The key selling point of the 2017 Lamborghini Aventador is going to be the engine. However, we expect that there is not going to be any changes – the engine is going to be the 6.5l V12 that produces 690 horsepower and it weighs just 235 kg.
If the Italian manufacturer decides to offer the new Aventador in a SV version, the engine will be tuned to produce 750 horsepower. The 2017 Lamborghini Aventador will be offered with only 7-speed automatic transmission.
2017 Lamborghini Aventador Price & Release Date
The price of the new Lamborghini Aventador will be around $400,000. The sale of the 2017 Lambo Aventador should begin in the late 2016.
